Mimi Attacks Critics
Mimi, Ghana’s representative and the fifth evictee in the ongoing Big Brother Africa (BBA) reality show, has reacted to the numerous complaints from a section of the Ghanaian media as well as the public regarding her actions in the BBA House.
At a press conference held on Thursday, Mimi told journalists: "I don’t care about all that was said about me. For me it was a good experience to be in BBA. I don’t know what Ghanaians really wanted. Maybe they wanted a model or a Miss Ghana or something. I think Ghanaians have lost focus of the programme."
According to Mimi, all that went on in the house were not her doing, saying "that was not the real me. I was not myself; it was justa game plan. If I had to be myself I would have been evicted long ago."
On how she kept herself in the house, Mimi said in real life she could dress to kill and went on to explain that it was not everything that goes on in the house that comes into the public domain. She continued that she could have dressed well, as well as kept her hair neat but Big Brother did not give her that chance. This is because Big Brother used that aspect of her as a game plan to attract more viewers.
Mimi said "if I had the opportunity to go back into the house I would not change my game". She also said she had no regrets.
